Experienced in the Automotive Sales Environment?, We are seeking a dynamic, results proven Floor Manager/Closer to join our team at CarHub Automotive - Thornhill / Bolton locations . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and a proven track record in follow-up and customer conversion.

Please note: Previous experience is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily dealership Sales floor operations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Utilize strong follow-up techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our vehicles and dealership services.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proven experience in automotive sales.




- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to close sales and meet targets consistently.
