We are looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Lube Technicians to join our team at Take 5 Oil Change in Kelowna.

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and professional automotive services while ensuring every vehicle is serviced safely and correctly.

What You'll Do

- Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance services
- Check and top up vehicle fluids as required
- Inspect and replace air filters, cabin air filters, windshield wipers, and other maintenance items
- Perform transmission fluid and coolant services when required
- Complete vehicle inspections and communicate recommended maintenance to customers
- Properly use shop equipment, tools, and safety equipment
- Follow all Take 5 Oil Change procedures and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every customer
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Follow proper procedures for vehicle lifts, oil disposal, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure vehicles are properly serviced before leaving the shop

What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience is an asset,



but training is available
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work safely in a rapid-paced environment
- Solid attention to detail
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working around vehicles for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
