EXPERIENCED AZ TEAM DRIVERS WANTED

Trans Link is hiring experienced AZ Team Drivers for our regular Ontario–California long-haul operation.

We specialize in cross-border freight between Ontario and California and are looking for reliable, safety-focused teams who want consistent miles, regular California runs, and long-term employment with a professional carrier.

Minimum 1 year of AZ driving experience is required.

PRIMARY ROUTE

Our operation is primarily focused on:

Ontario → California

California → Ontario

Our teams regularly service major California markets, including:

- Los Angeles
- San Bernardino / Inland Empire
- San Diego
- Other California destinations based on freight requirements

California is our primary long-haul market, providing our teams with consistent cross-border work and miles.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment on long-haul Canada–USA routes.
- Transport freight primarily between Ontario and California.
- Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on schedule.
- Perform proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and Hours of Service records.
- Safely handle and transport customer freight.
- Communicate with dispatch throughout each trip.
- Follow all Canadian and U.S.



transportation regulations.
- Complete required trip and delivery documentation.
- Follow customs and border-crossing procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of assigned equipment.
- Report mechanical, safety, or operational issues promptly.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Both team drivers must have:
- Minimum 1 year of AZ/Class 1 tractor-trailer driving experience – REQUIRED
- Valid Ontario AZ Licence or equivalent Canadian Class 1 licence.
- Clean and acceptable driver's abstract.
- Safe driving history.
- Previous Canada–USA cross-border experience preferred.
- Valid passport and appropriate documentation for U.S. entry.
- Ability to comply with Canadian and U.S. Hours of Service regulations.
- Experience operating 53' trailers.
- Professional attitude and solid communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a two-driver team.

ESTABLISHED TEAMS PREFERRED We prefer established teams who already work well together and are ready for regular Ontario–California long-haul runs.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year of AZ/Class 1 tractor-trailer experience is required for each driver.

Candidates with previous Canada–USA and California long-haul experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Trans Link operates modern tractor-trailer equipment with 53' dry van and reefer trailers.

Our drivers are expected to take pride in the equipment they operate and report any mechanical or safety concerns immediately.
