Midwest US States from Montreal, and GTA. Well maintained equipment, with good weekly runs.

Minimum 1 year of continuous driving experience with clean driving records is mandatory.

Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks, including singles and team configurations, across local, regional, or long-haul routes.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure mechanical safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Manage freight documentation accurately,



including delivery manifests, bills of lading, and inspection reports.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to maintain vehicle performance and safety standards.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts to load or unload cargo efficiently while following safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with heavy trucks or tractor-trailers.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations related to trucking operations.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road or at the yard.
- Solid physical stamina for loading/unloading freight and performing vehicle inspections.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified candidates.
