Job Summary

Galaxy Freightline is hiring experienced, safety-focused AZ Drivers for high-mileage, dedicated highway runs between Calgary and Kelowna. If you are looking for dedicated equipment, steady year-round work, and a dispatch team that respects your time, apply today.

Responsibilities

- Operate highway routes delivering freight from Calgary to Kelowna, BC.
- Primary Routes: 90% long-haul work to British Columbia, 10% local work.
- Perform thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure proper cargo securement.
- Haul LTL, Container, and Dry Van loads safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate electronic logbooks and adhere to MTO Hours of Service.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery schedules, or any issues encountered during transit.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable AZ commercial driving experience (No exceptions).
- Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older.
- river Record: Valid AZ License with a clean record.



Driver Abstract must be dated within the last 30 days.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
- Documents: Recent Driver's Abstract, and Criminal Record Search required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety excellence
- Responsible, attentive driver capable of making quick, safe decisions in dynamic road conditions.
