We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Badminton Coach to join our team. The coach will work with players of different ages and skill levels, helping them develop their badminton skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach private and/or group badminton lessons
- Teach proper badminton techniques, footwork, and fundamentals
- Plan lessons appropriate for each player's age and skill level
- Provide transparent and encouraging feedback to students
- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional training environment
- Communicate with students, parents, and staff as needed
Requirements
- Previous coaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, responsible, punctual, and comfortable working with children
- Must speak English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Must have a car or other reliable mode of transportation
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability during evenings and/or weekends
Preferred
- Previous badminton coaching experience
- Competitive badminton experience
- NCCP certification or other relevant coaching certification is an asset
- Experience working with children and youth
Compensation
- Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
