We are currently looking to hire a Part Time Baker / Pastry assistant
General duties include setting up and stocking stations, preparing & baking items such as cookies, breads, crepes, danishes and more. Will be weighing and mixing ingredients, washing/preparing vegetables and using equipment such as ranges and deep fryers. Must maintain a pristine work station, be comfortable a stocking bakery case and adhere to Food Safety guidelines and to our standards.
Requirements
- This position will report and take direction from the head Baker
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of pastry or baking experience
** Must have experience making items from start to finish.
- Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Team player with ability to follow direction & can work independently
Schedule:
- Must be available to work 3-4 days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Typically 7:30am -3:30pm shifts
Job Types: Part time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
