About Us

We’re a fast-paced, high-volume café known for fresh baked goods, quality ingredients, and great coffee. We’re looking for a reliable Baker / Prep Cook who enjoys working early mornings, staying organized, and being part of a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and café items according to recipes
- Daily food prep (mixing, chopping, portioning, assembling)
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep prep and baking areas clean and organized
- Assist with inventory, labeling, and minimizing waste
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times

Qualifications

- Previous baking or kitchen prep experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Robust time management and attention to detail




- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Early morning availability is a must
- Team player with a positive attitude

Wage depending on experience. Tips range between $10-25 extra per day. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
