Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced bar environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized, ultimately enhancing the guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry while providing exceptional service to our patrons.

Duties

- Assist bartenders with preparing drinks and serving customers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are clean and in positive working condition.
- Handle food preparation tasks as required to support the kitchen staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.




- Operate the POS system for processing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive atmosphere for guests.

Experience

- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation and food service practices is a plus.
- Experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards.
