Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and productive Customer Service person to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting current people and being in a busy environment. This role requires a passion for great coffee and a desire to learn. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Operate POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling stations and seating areas
- Manage cash register transactions with accuracy using basic math skills
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures




- Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of food service

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
