Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, hot towel shaves, and styling services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Consult with clients to understand desired styles and recommend appropriate services
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards
- Upsell services and products when appropriate
- Manage appointment times efficiently and professionally
- Work collaboratively with the team
- to maintain the shop’s atmosphere and standards
- Minimum 2+ years of professional barbering experience
- Solid skills in fades, tapers, scissor cuts, beard shaping, and modern techniques and old school techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
