Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments responsibly.
- Serve food items to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper food handling and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations, tables, and serving counters.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all customers are served promptly without compromising quality.




- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure secure food handling practices.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with serving in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar transaction processing tools.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Experience with food preparation or food handling is desirable; understanding of food safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between stations, and work effectively as part of a team.
