Pay: Starting $16.00 per hour + Tips

Expected hours: 7 hours minimum per week, up to 30 hours.

Job Overview

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Boba Barista to join our growing team! No previous bubble tea experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea, specialty drinks, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system (Square) for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Prepare and restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and service counters.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while managing food safety and food handling protocols.




- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy and slow periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is an asset.
- Availability to work anytime is an asset.
- No prior boba experience required. Training will be provided!
- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
