About the Role
Everyone at KAFE is hired under one title: Creative Team Member.
There are no fixed hierarchies or permanent manager titles. Instead, the team shares responsibility for craft, hospitality, and the rhythm of the space through rotating stewardships that support the café and each other.
If you’ve worked in coffee before, you’ll recognize the work.
