Job Title: Barista & Chocolate Packaging Assistant

Mink Chocolates is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual Barista and Packaging role. This position offers a great mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes chocolate work — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in doing things well. We will be looking for part-time maternity cover from October 1st until December 24th, with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

As a Barista:

- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, hot chocolates, and other café beverages to Mink’s high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café space.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service.

As a Packaging Assistant:

- Hand-package chocolate bars, truffles, bonbons, and confectionery with care and accuracy
- Label, box, and organize products for retail and wholesale orders
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the production area & cafe.

What We’re Looking For:





- Barista experience required — Packaging training provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commute daily to 8410 Ontario St, Vancouver
- Able to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
