Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to create a friendly, energetic environment that encourages repeat visits
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving dishes and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to keep the bar fully stocked

Qualifications





- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy hours
