We’re looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven Bartender to join the team at Bar Prima on Queen West.

If you have a passion for great cocktails, thoughtful wine service, and creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

This opportunity is predominantly for weekend shifts, so regular weekend availability is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead the guest experience from behind the bar with knowledge, charm, and efficiency
- Create cocktails in accordance with our house standards and seasonal features
- Provide wine service and collaborate on maintaining the wine and cocktail lists
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming, elevated, and personalized experience
- Maintain cleanliness, restocking, and organization of the bar throughout service

WHO YOU ARE

- Experienced bartender in a full-service, guest-focused restaurant
- Skilled in classic cocktails, Italian spirits, and wine service
- A calm, collected presence under pressure and during busy services
- A natural host — you take initiative, anticipate guest needs, and thrive in a team workplace
