M.I.C. Canadian Eatery & Whisky Pub is looking for a permanent, full-time bartender to serve our amazing guests. For the right candidate, we are willing to offer full-time day shifts (10am to 5pm), Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of prior experience as a bartender and be able to demonstrate proven success at building and maintaining a robust and professional relationship with their clientele.

The Bartender is responsible for a large second on tables, guests seated bar top, takeout orders and Skip the Dishes/online orders. This is a position that requires exceptional mulit-tasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Duties involve (but at not limited to):

- Setting up for the day (putting down chairs, wiping and setting tables,



counting inventory, stocking the bar)
- Executing the cocktail menu (mid-range degree of difficulty)
- Taking care of our guests. Predicting and delivering on every one of their needs to make their experience exceptional every single time.
- Basic math skills (balancing a till and cashout)
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar
