We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Basketball Skills Trainer to inspire and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels. Duties

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive techniques
- Assess individual player strengths and areas for improvement to tailor coaching strategies effectively
- Demonstrate proper techniques and drills to ensure correct form and maximize skill acquisition
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
- Monitor progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to players
- Incorporate fun,



creative drills that keep athletes motivated and eager to improve their game
- Support the organization of team practices, camps, or clinics as needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching basketball at various levels, from youth to adult athletes
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages
- Ability to demonstrate basketball skills effectively while providing clear instructions
- Experience in teaching or coaching swimming is a nice-to-have but not required
- Passion for athlete development with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
