Through NBEAUTY.CA collections, the premium beauty sales channel with nationwide coverage, the company introduces selected luxury skincare, hair care, body care and makeup collections to customers and professional beauty partners across Canada. Our international portfolio features distinctive European brands, including collections developed and manufactured in Italy, France, Spain and other European markets.

We are a fast growing national beauty company connecting premium international brands with Canadian consumers, sales professionals, salons, spas and retail partners.

As we expand into Ottawa, we are looking for ambitious and polished Beauty Sales Associates who want to represent exceptional products, develop valuable professional relationships and grow with a luxury beauty business at an exciting stage of its national expansion.

The Opportunity

As an Ottawa Beauty Sales Associate, you will become one of the local sales representatives of our brands. You will introduce our collections to customers and professional beauty partners while delivering the attentive, knowledgeable and refined service expected from a high-end beauty company.

The role is a relationship-focused role combining customer consultation, local business development, brand representation and participation in selected promotional and beauty events.

The position offers opportunities to build a strong professional network, participate in national beauty activities and be considered for exceptional international experiences based on performance.

Your Responsibilities

- Represent Res International Canada and the sales channels including nbeauty.ca with professionalism, confidence and attention to detail
- Introduce customers to our premium skincare, hair care, body care and makeup collections
- Understand individual customer needs and provide thoughtful,



personalized product recommendations
- Develop relationships with salons, spas, beauty professionals, boutiques and potential retail partners
- Identify new sales opportunities and build a valuable network throughout Ottawa
- Follow up with prospective customers and business partners
- Support product presentations, private showcases, launch activities and promotional events
- Participate in selected national beauty shows, exhibitions and company events
- Learn the ingredients, benefits, positioning and stories behind the brands through company-provided training
- Work toward individual sales and business-development objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer leads, partner contacts, appointments and sales activity
- Protect and elevate the premium image of the company in every professional interaction

The Ideal Candidate You may be an excellent fit if you:

- Have previous experience in sales, luxury retail, cosmetics, skincare, customer service, hospitality, salons or business development
- Have a genuine interest in premium beauty, skincare, hair care and European brands
- Understand the importance of refined service and long-term customer relationships
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Are comfortable approaching new customers and developing business contacts
- Are ambitious, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Can work independently while remaining connected to a national team
- Are organized and consistent with appointments, follow-ups and sales priorities
- Present yourself professionally and understand how to represent a premium brand
- Are comfortable using email, social media and basic digital sales tools
- Have strong English communication skills; French is a valuable asset in the Ottawa market
