Overview

This is a full-time, in-person position based on the sales floor at our Brampton location. You will be the first point of contact for our customers: helping them navigate our product range, understand what works for their hair, and leave with exactly what they came in for.

Our customers come to us with real questions about their hair. Your job is to listen, recommend with confidence, and create an experience that keeps them coming back. Whether someone is looking for a wig, an extension, or a product to support their natural hair routine, you will be the person who makes them feel seen and taken care of.

You will also handle day-to-day responsibilities including processing transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and keeping inventory stocked and organized. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills will drive sales and foster lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect beauty products and solutions
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos and makeup application techniques to educate and inspire customers
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize sales opportunities




- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals to attract customer attention
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization at the front desk and sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele
- Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service, upselling, and product recommendations
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform merchandising duties that enhance product visibility and store presentation
- Experience with front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers and managing inquiries efficiently
- Knowledge of hair care products and different hair textures is strongly preferred
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
