Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to assist with selections
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests




- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and cash handling responsibilities
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant workplace is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
