Role Overview

We are hiring a Blockchain Finance Specialist to support research, analysis, and strategy across blockchain-based finance, digital assets, tokenized assets, and emerging Web3 financial markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on blockchain finance, digital asset markets, tokenized finance, crypto market research, and financial technology innovation.

The Blockchain Finance Specialist will research blockchain finance trends, monitor digital asset markets, support strategy materials, and prepare insights across tokenized assets, commodity-backed digital products, DeFi, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-native financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in blockchain, finance, digital assets, real-world asset tokenization, and emerging financial technology.

What You’ll Do

- Research blockchain finance, digital asset markets, tokenized assets,



commodity-backed digital products, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and Web3 financial infrastructure
- Monitor market trends, token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, investor sentiment, regulatory updates, and blockchain ecosystem developments
- Support analysis of blockchain-based financial models, asset-backed digital systems, tokenized finance opportunities, and emerging digital asset markets
- Prepare market intelligence updates, blockchain finance briefs, tokenized asset summaries, digital asset reports, and strategy materials
- Track developments across crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, tokenized asset platforms, blockchain infrastructure providers, fintech products, and institutional adoption
- Evaluate opportunities across real-world asset tokenization, blockchain finance, tokenized commodities, digital ownership systems, stablecoins, and crypto-native products
- Collaborate with team members on blockchain research, financial analysis, digital asset strategy, market intelligence, and asset infrastructure projects
- Maintain organized research files, market trackers, token watchlists, opportunity pipelines, finance notes, and blockchain intelligence resources

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in blockchain finance, digital assets, cryptocurrency, tokenized assets,



real-world asset tokenization, DeFi, and financial technology
- Familiarity with crypto markets, blockchain networks, tokenized finance, digital asset research, fintech platforms, or Web3 financial ecosystems
- Understanding of liquidity, capital flows, token utility, asset-backed digital models, market cycles, investor sentiment, and financial market concepts
- Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, market data platforms, tokenization platforms, or financial research tools is a plus
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to explain blockchain finance trends, tokenized asset opportunities, digital asset risks, and market insights clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and strategy priorities
- Previous experience in finance, fintech, crypto research, blockchain projects, investment research, asset management, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: CAD95,000 - CAD115,000 per year depending on experience
