Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Vaughan, ON for a Blinds & Drapery Installer. The Installer will be responsible for measuring, assembling, and installing custom blinds, drapery, and other window coverings. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure accurate and professional installation, as well as troubleshooting and adjusting any issues on-site. The Installer will also maintain tools, adhere to safety guidelines, and provide excellent customer service.





Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with measuring, assembling, and installing blinds, drapery, or other home décor products
- Proficient in operating tools and equipment for installation, with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges on-site
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in the window coverings industry or general home improvement is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and install heavy window coverings and work at heights when required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
