Pay: $85.00 - $120.00 per billable hour

ABA Express is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven BCBA to join our growing team!

We're looking for someone who loves working with children and families, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a dynamic environment where every day is different.

Responsibilities

- Lead, support, and mentor paraprofessionals
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement and monitor treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Develop individualized curricula and behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Applicable state licensure/certification
- Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health,



or special education
- Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
