Victoria Village is a not-for-profit long-term care home dedicated to providing person-centered care with the goal of an individualized aging experience. Our vision is to transform our community by celebrating the ageless spirit of people.
We're currently seeking passionate volunteers to join our Board of Directors . We encourage candidates with experience in governance, project or construction management, real estate, healthcare/long-term care, and/or that bring lived or service experience from historically marginalized communities to apply.
Board responsibilities include

- Financial oversight
- Policy development
- Campus development
- Community engagement
- Advocacy
Our Board meets about 6 times per year, with 5 active sub-committees supporting our work. Our team collaborates both virtually and in-person throughout the year. Why join?
