POSITION SUMMARY:

Box Office Attendants play an integral role as the first point of contact with our fans at the Box Office, whether that be in person, over the phone or on email. They perform sales and service functions at the Box Office and assist our fans with ticketing inquiries. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes

- Performing sales and service functions at Box Office and ticket windows to external and internal clients, offering an exceptional and individualized customer experience
- Receiving and distributing tickets under ‘will call’, premium tickets, and special programs (e.g., Family Packs, Holiday Packs, etc.)
- Answering general ticketing and building inquiries at window, over telephone, and email
- Solving ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings (e.g.,



AHL, promoters, staff, etc.) in a timely manner
- Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:00pm
- Must be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Have an incredible ability to thrive in a rapid-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class customer experience
