We are currently looking to hire our next great team member for the position of Branch Manager located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who is motivated by building teams, establishing processes, growing customer relationships, and creating a high-performing branch from the ground up.

What You'll Do

As a Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in launching and leading one of Brunswick Lift Rentals' newest locations. You will be responsible for establishing branch operations, building a strong team culture, developing customer relationships, growing revenue, and ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability.

- Lead the successful start-up and operational launch of the Winnipeg branch.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and support branch employees while creating a positive and accountable workplace culture.
- Build relationships with contractors, industrial customers, and key accounts throughout the Winnipeg market.
- Oversee branch financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, utilization, and cost control.
- Ensure equipment readiness, fleet utilization,



preventive maintenance coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with Sales, Service, Dispatch, and Operations teams to support customer success and market growth.
- Lead branch safety initiatives, inspections, coaching, and continuous improvement activities.
- Establish branch processes, performance standards, and customer service practices that create long-term success.

Qualifications

Required

- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience leading operations, customer service, sales, service, logistics, or branch-based business activities.
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial services, material handling, transportation,



or related industries.
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, reporting, and operational management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive performance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to work legally in Canada.

Preferred

- Previous branch management or multi-functional operations leadership experience.
- Experience launching new locations, expanding markets, or growing customer bases.
- Knowledge of Winnipeg construction, industrial, agricultural, or infrastructure markets.
- Additional training in leadership, safety, financial management, or continuous improvement.
