Summary

Hotsy Water Blast Manufacturing, North America's largest Hotsy Pressure Washer dealer, requires a Branch Manager for sales/service operations in Lethbridge, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of all departments concerned with the sales and service of industrial cleaning products. The branch manager will also cooperate and assist in the completion of duties through joint reporting arrangements with the corporate head office located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Job Duties

- Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Review sales activity, monitor and measure the performance of branch personnel and report results to head office.
- Oversee activities directly related to the sales and service activity.
- Work with sales and service to determine the products sold and assist with quotations and pricing.
- Always maintain professionalism to portray the company in a positive manner.

Requirements





- Previous experience in branch management or sales and service management is a necessity.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial equipment.
- Excellent understanding of sales, service and management.
- Proven record for performance with set goals.
- Efficient knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and customer database software.
- Ability to delegate, set expectations and monitor progress of direct reports.
- Possess prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business targets.
