Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Brick and Stone Mason to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and restoring structures using bricks, stones, and other masonry materials. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute masonry projects accurately
- Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, mixing mortar, and organizing tools and materials
- Cut, shape, and lay bricks, stones, blocks, and other masonry units with precision using hand tools and power tools
- Construct or restore walls, facades, fireplaces, chimneys, arches, and other structural elements according to specifications




- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, hammers, levels, and chiseling tools
- Experience with construction practices including masonry installation and restoration techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in operating power tools like grinders, drills, mixers, and saws safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation relevant to masonry work such as forklifts or cranes when necessary
- Strong understanding of renovation processes including matching existing materials for restoration projects

Pay: $25.73-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
