Position Overview

Pink Boba & Desserts is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bubble Tea Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare bubble tea beverages, smoothies, desserts, and specialty drinks according to store recipes
- Provide friendly, efficient, and skilled customer service
- Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
- Keep the bar area, equipment, and dining areas clean and organized




- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications

- Experience in food service, café, or customer service is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new recipes and procedures
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
