We are looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused Cannabis Budtenders to join our team. As a budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, guiding customers through their cannabis experience by offering product recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, eager to learn, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Here are some core duties and responsibilites for a cannabis budtender :

- Demonstrated expertise in cannabis products, including strains, cannabinoids, and terpenes.
- Provided personalized customer guidance and recommendations.




- Ensured strict compliance with local and state cannabis regulations.
- Maintained accurate and up-to-date product menu.
- Efficiently managed product inventory and restocking procedures.
- Implemented rigorous safety and security protocols.
- Operated Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Fostered positive customer relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintained an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Emphasized cleanliness and hygiene standards for the store.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
