We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Building Manager and Chef to oversee the daily operations of our facility while delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Duties

- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the building, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise building staff, including maintenance teams and cleaning crews, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and ensuring timely service
- Lead kitchen operations by supervising food handling, cooking processes, and food presentation to uphold quality standards
- Coordinate food service activities such as bartending, serving guests,



and managing dining areas to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to hygiene standards and proper food handling procedures
- Manage inventory levels for kitchen supplies and ingredients, minimizing waste while maintaining availability for daily operations

Experience

- Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience across various cuisines and styles
- Strong background in food service operations, including restaurant management or similar roles
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead diverse staff members effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper handling techniques, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants, bars, or catering services is highly desirable
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in both building management and culinary tasks

Pay: $35,200.00-$89,243.72 per year
