Your responsibilities encompass routine handyman duties such as working with HVAC systems and conducting emergency repairs. You will follow safety practices and ensure all certifications are maintained for building equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct timely maintenance services for facilities
- Handle handyman tasks including plumbing and electrical work
- Perform regular walkthroughs of assigned buildings
- Respond to emergency callouts during after-hours

- Minimum Class 3 Power Engineer Certification
