We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technologist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects within manufacturing, construction, or oil & gas sectors. Duties

- Develop and analyze system designs, schematics, and technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
- Conduct construction inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize programming languages like Python and MATLAB for data analysis, automation, and system debugging.
- Manage projects effectively using tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Lead product development efforts by applying lean manufacturing principles and conducting laboratory experiments.
- Oversee maintenance activities and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design systems in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering contexts.
- Prepare technical presentations and reports for stakeholders demonstrating analysis results and project progress.
- Support construction teams with drafting, schematics interpretation, and construction inspection tasks.
- Maintain organized documentation of project activities while ensuring adherence to deadlines through effective time management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering,



Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit), MATLAB, SolidWorks, MicroStation.
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), system design, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, construction inspection, product development, and laboratory testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus.
- Demonstrated project management skills with familiarity in Microsoft Project and organizational tools.
- Ability to analyze complex systems using analysis skills in math and engineering principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; capable of computer operation at an advanced level.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in team collaboration and customer service orientation.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with analysis skills for debugging systems and performing maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $63,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
