Role Description
There are two full-time (one bilingual position required), in office roles for a Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) located in Toronto, ON (one could potentially be based out of Montreal). You will work in partnership with the VP, Sales within a specified territory.
The Business Development
Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding ETF sales within the Canadian market.
Duties include managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and progress. Effective communication and strategic planning are vital to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and investment products, particularly ETF’s.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
