Known for fostering a collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented workplace culture Your New Role As a Building Operator , you will support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of downtown Calgary buildings
Completing preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general systems
Responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships while ensuring building systems operate efficiently
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager
Work variable shifts, including participation in an on-call rotation
Maintaining detailed logs, maintenance records, and equipment documentation
Recording weekly and monthly meter readings What You’ll Need to Succeed 4th Class Power Engineering certification (required)
5+ years of experience in building operations, including HVAC and preventative maintenance systems
Experience working with building automation systems (relevant platform experience considered an asset)
Familiarity with hydronic boilers, air handling units, and related systems is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
