Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic Business Development & Operations Manager to lead our growth initiatives and streamline operational processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic partnerships, enhance customer relationships, and optimize daily operations to support our company's expansion and success.

Duties

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry networking, and strategic outreach efforts
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility
- Manage key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements
- Oversee project management activities related to product launches, process improvements, and operational initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, sales pipelines, and customer interactions




- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development projects and operational plans

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a manufacturing or related industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent project management capabilities with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales processes
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices
- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
