We ar looking for a bilingual Business Development Representative based in Montreal to develop across the Province of Quebec for a well-established manufacturer of customized panel and component solutions.

You will identify and develop current OEM and manufacturing accounts that can incorporate our client's engineered, laminated and finished panel components into their own products.

? Territory: Province of Quebec

? Workplace: Home office + 1 day/week in the office

? Products: Laminated panels & customized components

? Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000

? Commissions: Uncapped commissions with minimum commissions of 45,000$ / annually

? Car Allowance: $700/month + expenses

? Benefits: Medical & long-term disability insurance; 50% employer-paid after 3 months





? 80% New Business Development / 20% Account Management

? THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

✅ 3+ years of experience in a similar sales/business development role

✅ Strong hunter mentality and proven new-business development skills

✅ Experience selling to OEMs and manufacturers is a strong asset

✅ Excellent spoken and written French and English

✅ College diploma or equivalent experience

✅ Understanding of how manufacturing companies operate

? Comfortable travelling throughout Quebec

✈️ Approximately 2 overnight stays per month

Existing relationships with OEM manufacturers, purchasing managers, owners and VP-level decision-makers within smaller manufacturing companies will be a strong advantage.
