We’re Hiring: Business Development Leader – Canada | P&C; Insurance

Are you a business development professional with strong P&C; insurance industry connections in Canada ? Do you thrive on building relationships, winning net-new business, and selling technology solutions to senior insurance leaders?

We’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Leader to help us expand our presence in the Canadian P&C; insurance market.

- Drive net-new business development across the Canadian P&C; insurance market.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior insurance leaders .
- Identify new opportunities and develop strategic accounts from prospecting through closure.
- Position technology services and staffing solutions based on customer business needs.
- Represent the organization as a strong brand ambassador in the Canadian market.
- 5+ years of business development experience in the Canadian market.
- Proven experience selling technology services and/or staffing solutions to P&C; insurance clients.
- Robust understanding of the Canadian P&C; insurance landscape and key industry players.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence and executive presence to engage with insurance C-suite stakeholders .
- Demonstrated success in solution-based and consultative selling .




- Strong understanding of business drivers across the P&C; insurance value chain .
- Knowledge of technologies used by insurance carriers, including:
- Core insurance platforms
- Hyperscalers / Cloud
- Data & Analytics platforms
- Insurtech solutions
- Ability to connect technology capabilities to business outcomes and customer needs.
