Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce/CRM

Duties Include

- Liaise with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business objectives and design solutions that meet analytics, operational, and management reporting needs while ensuring alignment with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, business process analysis, business scenarios, and user stories.
- Analyze and conceptualize solution designs in collaboration with Systems Architects, Software Developers, and other delivery partners to achieve business and client stakeholder objectives through effective use of technology.
- Analyze source and target system data requirements and define data mappings aligned with enterprise data platform design standards.
- Gather and document integration requirements, business process flows,



database requirements, process mappings, and API endpoint mappings.
- Write PL/SQL queries to support data validation, troubleshooting, and test data setup.
- Provide production support for back-office systems, including issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and coordination with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Identify outlying data patterns, data quality gaps, and data cleansing issues, and support resolution activities.
- Document high-level designs, system interactions, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end data flows.

Essential Skills

- Experience applying business analysis| systems analysis| and technology elivery practices across a broad range of business functions.
- Experience working on CRM systems/ Salesforce platform / object model.
