Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about customer service and team development.

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards in food quality and safety, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture, driving performance, and supporting the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily café operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure all food preparation and service meet company standards and health regulations
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications

- Ability to speak Turkish or Arabic is an asset
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in inventory management and basic financial tracking is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
