Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Operator to handle incoming phone calls for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will take customer orders accurately, provide excellent customer service, and assist with general inquiries. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a friendly and skilled manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Provide customers with menu information, recommendations, and answers to common questions
- Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and politely
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure accurate order processing
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks related to phone orders when needed

Experience





- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in both English and Farsi are highly desirable
- Familiarity with data entry, analysis ( MS Office)
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Farsi
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and excellent interpersonal skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
