Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Camp Cook / First Aid Attendant (Level 3), where you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and nourishing experience for all camp participants. In this energetic position, you will prepare delicious, nutritious meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Additionally, you will provide first aid support, demonstrating your commitment to camper well-being and safety.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine culinary skills with health and safety responsibilities in a vibrant outdoor environment. You will be working in drill camp with helicopters and drilling machinery.

Duties

- Prepare and serve balanced meals and snacks that meet dietary guidelines and accommodate special dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols
- Monitor food storage areas for proper temperature control and inventory management
- Provide first aid assistance as needed, responding promptly to minor injuries or health concerns with professionalism and care
- Document incidents, first aid treatments,



and food safety procedures accurately for record-keeping purposes

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, cooking, or meal preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Solid knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Ability to efficiently manage kitchen tasks while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- First Aid Level 3 certification or equivalent, with the ability to respond confidently to medical emergencies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
