Camp Manager – Fly-In/Fly-Out Juno Corp. is a private mineral exploration company focused on making discoveries in Ontario's underexplored Ring of Fire district. Juno Corp. is seeking a Camp Manager to oversee the daily operations of our exploration camp in the James Bay Lowlands. This is a fly-in/fly-out position working on a rotational schedule, alternating shifts with our current Camp Manager. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise camp staff and support personnel, including kitchen staff, maintenance personnel, pilots, and contractors.

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the exploration camp, ensuring it runs safely, efficiently, and effectively.

- Conduct regular safety meetings and staff briefings while providing leadership, support, and performance feedback.
·
- Ensure all personnel are trained in company safety policies, emergency procedures, and camp-specific protocols.
·
- Coordinate all aspects of camp logistics, including accommodations, meals, transportation, and waste management.
·
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
·
- Enforce camp rules and policies while promoting a respectful, professional work environment and resolving conflicts when necessary.

- Maintain appropriate inventories of camp supplies and equipment, including ordering and storage.
·
- Perform routine inspections of camp facilities and equipment to ensure they remain clean, safe, and in good working condition.

- Ensure accommodations, washrooms, dining facilities, and recreational areas meet company standards.
·
- Maintain accurate personnel records, including attendance, certifications, health documentation,
and emergency contact information.
Skills &
- Qualifications
·
- High school diploma or equivalent.
·
- Three to five years of experience in camp management or a similar supervisory role, preferably within the mining, petroleum, mineral exploration, construction, or remote camp industries.
·
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
·
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·
- Ability to solve problems and respond effectively in emergency situations.
·
- Working knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
·
- Ability to work in a remote location under varying weather conditions. Requirements

- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
·
- Valid safety certifications, including WHMIS and Standard First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
·
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
Expected salary range between: $95,000 - $110,00 annually.
