This full-time, permanent role demands expertise in ski resort management and strong organizational skills. As the Maintenance and Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire operation of our year-round ski hill.

This role requires a minimum of five years of maintenance management experience in the ski resort industry. You'll develop policies, manage budgets, and ensure efficient snowmaking and equipment maintenance throughout the year. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational and maintenance policies
- Prepare and monitor ski hill budgets and finances
- Manage snowmaking and maintenance schedules year-round
- Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff
- Negotiate with suppliers for materials and equipment Requirements:
