Your role will involve optimizing energy assets and executing trading strategies in the WECC and CAISO markets. You will also contribute to the development of long-term hedging strategies and collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize trading strategies across short-term and long-term horizons
- Support pricing and evaluation of structured trading deals




- Analyze market intelligence for improved trading decision-making
- Negotiate master agreements with counterparties and brokers
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 3+ years experience in physical power trading
- Proven ability to analyze datasets and develop trading models
- Familiarity with trading tools like R and SQL
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
