Bridgewater Mazda is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Car Detailer & Maintenance Worker. This position plays an important role in ensuring our vehicles, dealership facilities, and customer areas remain clean, organized, and professionally maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Detailing Duties
- Wash, clean, and detail customer and dealership vehicles
- Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery, carpets, windows, and dashboards
- Apply interior and exterior cleaning products professionally
- Perform final vehicle inspections before customer delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of showroom and inventory vehicles
- Move and organize vehicles safely on dealership property
- Assist with seasonal vehicle cleaning requirements
Building & Property Maintenance Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of shop, service drive, customer lounge, and common areas
- Remove garbage and recycling throughout dealership facilities
- Sweep and mop floors as required
- Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months
- Perform light maintenance and general upkeep tasks
- Ensure exterior property remains clean and professional in appearance
- Assist departments with various support duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous detailing or maintenance experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
