Role Descrng>iption The Car Hauling Dispatcher role is a full-time, in office position located in Woodbridge, ON. The dispatcher will coordinate daily vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, assign loads to drivers, and manage schedules to ensure timely and efficient transport across Canada.

Responsibilities include communicating with drivers, customers, and terminals, updating dispatch systems with accurate trip and load information, and resolving routing or scheduling issues as they arise. The role also involves monitoring fleet locations, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations. The dispatcher will handle customer inquiries, provide status updates, and work closely with operations and management to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

- Dispatch and logistics coordination skills, including route planning, load scheduling, and fleet monitoring.




- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with drivers, terminals, and clients.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requests, deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Basic computer and data entry skills, including proficiency with dispatch or transportation management software.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Woodbridge, ON and collaborate effectively within a small operations team.
