Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, siding, and concrete forms using hand tools and power tools
- Perform drywall installation and finishing to ensure smooth interior surfaces ready for painting or further finishing
- Execute concrete forming and finishing tasks with precision, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to specifications
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or reconstructing damaged structures using woodworking skills
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials





Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry or framing roles
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with drywall installation, siding work, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with welding, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking tools is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of construction projects
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
